Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate data entry for all supply chain activities, including inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
- Process purchase orders and sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including arranging transportation, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery issues.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the supply chain team, including preparing reports, managing documentation, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of import documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all supply chain related documents, both physical and electronic.
