Warehouse Operations Leader Wanted!
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, driving strategic growth and optimizing fulfillment. As Warehouse Operations Leader, you will lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative solutions that maximize performance across suppliers, sellers warehouses, and our consolidation warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective strategies for supplier management, commercial partnerships, and operational execution.
• Mentor team members in process development and KPI achievement.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on advertising campaigns and inventory planning.

A successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in inventory management or similar roles. They should be proficient in inventory systems (e.g., WMS) and possess excellent written communication skills. Experience managing teams is also crucial for this position. The ideal candidate will bring the following attributes: problem-solving skills, ability to identify inefficiencies; leadership qualities with training staff; strong organizational abilities; attention to detail. In addition,Bachelor Degree , language proficiency (English/Spanish), technical skills proficiency level is expected.
