Responsible for supply/demand management, analytics, and support to Charter initiatives. Develop and improve key metrics and processes and ensure supply continuity for Charter’s customers.


Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Provide weekly/monthly demand forecast based on received inputs from other organizations for key Charter products including monthly actuals and future forecasted items that come from other departments. Escalate or challenge the data that is received as part of the overall demand planning process. Prepare a weekly/monthly purchase forecast that supports the forecasted demand including all activities while ensuring the forecasted purchases covers the necessary targeted supply levels at the individual product level.
