**Responsibilities**

- Assist in the implementation of solutions, including documenting customer procedures, conducting training sessions, and resolving operational issues.
- Manage projects by defining scope, developing project plans, tracking activities, reporting progress, and measuring results.
- Collaborate and align with customers or internal stakeholders to gather information, understand the voice of the customer, and define project scope, opportunities, deliverables, and milestones.
