Job Description
Our Supply Chain Planning team are now looking for a Supply Chain Planning Assistant Manager to join them in the RTV Packing and Admin department at our Thatcham Distribution Centre (TVDC).
About the Role
This role will see you leading both the RTV Packing and RTV Admin teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient process of exiting unwanted stock from the business. You will work closely with buying, merchandising, imports and external suppliers to manage the full lifecycle of returns, from receiving and packing through to dispatch and collection.
You will be based on site, overseeing two Team Leaders and a combined team of around 11 colleagues. The role involves both operational and administrative oversight, from monitoring upcoming returns and ensuring quality checks are met, to preparing reports and identifying process improvements.
