Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Bridge between Bizfin and the Category teams
- Inventory & Inbound: Capacity planning, forecasting (Inward/Outward), and container tracking
- Commercials & Budget: PO level AOP splits, AOP tracking vs. actuals, and centralized packaging procurement.
- Strategic Expansion: EBO capacity planning (pullbacks/new stores), B2B process setup (appointment adherence), and Spare Parts listing/launching.
- Systems Integration: Item master management, Tax/Finance unblocking for e-waybills, and AMC/PMC initiatives.
--> inventory is in the right place, at the right cost, and aligned with the financial budget (AOP)
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel/planning tools (Unicommerce, Metabase, planning models)
- Data-driven decision making
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Understanding of operations, supply chain, and workforce planning
- Ability to manage ambiguity and fast-changing demand
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- MBA / Post-graduate degree preferred
- Worked specifically with high scale planning roles & better collaboration
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in capacity planning, operations planning, or supply chain roles
- Experience in large-scale operations, warehouses, manufacturing, or service environments preferred
Hands-on experience with AOP planning and volume forecasting
