Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential Supply Chain & Production Manager to own end-to-end manufacturing and supply operations for Mindlabs' IoT devices. This role is ideal for MBA freshers in Operations/Supply Chain who want hands-on exposure to real-world hardware manufacturing at scale.
You will work closely with founders, engineering, and EMS partners to manage procurement, production planning, inventory, quality, and logistics—ensuring Mindlabs can
deliver thousands of devices reliably and profitably.
