Job Description
- Lead initiatives to improve global supply chain processes and performance.
- Build strong client partnerships and manage account operational and financial performance.
- Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Define goals, budgets, timelines, and implement risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and capacity planning.
- Forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide clear project updates, manage QBRs, and escalate issues when needed.
- Identify process enhancements and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and supply chain performance.
