The Opportunity


  • Our Client is an established Healthcare and Japan MNC company

  • Senior Associate - Supply Chain (Sales Support)

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:15pm

  • Working Location: Alexandra Rd, Singapore

  • 6 months contract (renewable)

  • Experience in supply chain, inventory planning and operation management

  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or any relevant

  • Familiar of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), Word & PowerPoint

  • Candidates with/without experience welcome to apply!

  • Detail oriental & good verbal communication

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Available to start ASAP
  • The Job

  • Coordinate and liaise with 3PLs on logistic arrangement to ensure shipment on time delivery

  • Stock discrepancies analysis and inventory management

  • Follow up customer PO, including billing invoice, credit note and verify customer PO pricing

  • Maintain shipping record, tracking, shipping history information

  • Generating reports for internal & external stakeholders.

  • Ad-hoc duties assigned when required
