Supply Chain Specialist

• Ensure material availability in full quantity and on the required date to meet production needs.
• Prepare and manage raw material orders to suppliers, considering plant requirements, lead times, and inventory levels.
• Classify and control materials by cost categories (A, B, C) to optimize inventory management.
• Schedule and oversee Just-in-Time (JIT) deliveries aligned with production requirements, maintaining minimal stock levels.
• Track and monitor material flow from order placement through importation and border crossing (IMPO).
• Verify and maintain accuracy of physical and system inventories to ensure reliable data.
• Support engineering changes and new product introductions by managing part numbers under assigned responsibility.
