Job Description
**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for all operational activity including order entry, load planning, and load monitoring. The Supply chain Supervisor will supervise salary associates, and is responsible for performance management. Actively involved in the hiring process as well as customer interactions.
+ Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 - Position is bonus eligible up to 12% of the base salary
+ Shift: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
+ Monthly travel to Woodstock required

• Lead team of salaried employees (includes: performance review, corrective action, and goal setting)
• Provide detailed instruction to various personnel via email and phone
• Act as first level escalation for customer inquires
• Assist in new customer implementations
