Job Description
An internationally operating industrial company in a regulated manufacturing environment is looking for a Team Lead IT Supply Chain to drive global IT-enabled supply chain operations and digital transformation initiatives.
This newly created leadership position combines people management, SAP expertise and international stakeholder coordination in a high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of IT Supply Chain specialists (approx. 7 FTE)
Ensure stable operation and continuous improvement of SAP-based supply chain applications
Act as business partner for Logistics, Procurement, Quality and Maintenance
Drive digital transformation initiatives (e.g., warehouse automation, SAP optimization, process standardization)
Own international stakeholder management across Europe, Asia and North America
Manage external service providers and control area budget
Translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions
