Role Overview
We are looking for a Supply & Reservations Senior Executive / Team Lead with strong destination knowledge across Short Haul and Long Haul markets and hands-on experience in hotel contracting, reservations management, voucher issuance, vendor coordination, and itinerary planning .
The role is operations-driven and demands accuracy, speed, cost efficiency, and strong supplier management .
Key Responsibilities
Manage hotel contracting for Short Haul & Long Haul destinations, including rate negotiations, allotments, blackout dates, and seasonal pricing
Handle hotel and service reservations for FIT and group bookings across multiple international destinations
Issue vouchers for hotels, transport, attractions, activities, and ground services accurately and within timelines
