Role Overview

We are looking for a Supply & Reservations Senior Executive / Team Lead with strong destination knowledge across Short Haul and Long Haul markets and hands-on experience in hotel contracting, reservations management, voucher issuance, vendor coordination, and itinerary planning .

The role is operations-driven and demands accuracy, speed, cost efficiency, and strong supplier management .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hotel contracting for Short Haul & Long Haul destinations, including rate negotiations, allotments, blackout dates, and seasonal pricing
• Handle hotel and service reservations for FIT and group bookings across multiple international destinations
