Job Summary:

The position holder will be responsible for providing Supply strategic leadership for the company by working with the Top Management on corporate goals, strategies, driving business growth and building Supply equity. This position will report to the GM-Supply and lead the Supply efforts for the organization involving onboardings at the Zonal level.


Job Responsibilities:

Work with city level teams to onboard supply on field.

Responsible for playing a critical role in achieving driver growth targets of individual cities by executing on immediate and longer-term opportunities for bringing new drivers to the platform.

Accountable for end-to-end ownership of single or multiple acquisition channels, identifying, escalating and eliminating bottlenecks, and finding efficiencies to scale.

Achiever with capacity for out-of-the-box thinking and innovations to keep identifying faster and more efficient ways to source drivers.

Achieving a healthy supply mix for different product offerings, and diversify acquisition channels for driver growth

Continuous experimentation with onboarding funnels to increase conversions and widen top of funnel

Scale new and existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow; analyze the business to track and improve metrics and profitability

Optimize Driver acquisition, both on spend and operations and constantly look for new opportunities and move fast to execute on them

Lead a team of highly motivated FOS to achieve growth targets

Help scale cities through developing and sharing benchmark practices

Unparalleled business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly establish highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them

Should be willing to travel when needed and must possess bias for action.

The candidate will be responsible for devising sourcing strategies and channels.

Ability to evaluate and manage the resources and processes required for the successful completion of projects or Tasks.

Manage and drive staffing plans, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, projects and other change initiatives as required.


Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

MBA in Strategy and planning (or)

4+ years of experiences into lead generation, Supply Strategy. ( or )

5+ years of experience in handling field teams. Functional Competencies

Strong Analytical skills,

Quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights,

Advanced test plan design and analysis.

Analytical Skills - Hand on with Excel is a must.

Ready to hustle and has prior experience of owning sourcing and onboarding projects for blue collars. Behavioral Competencies
