What you'll do:

The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring that product supply flows seamlessly from vendors to our distribution centers. You will own the "Order-to-Fulfillment" lifecycle, ensuring that vendors adhere to scheduled timelines, inventory levels are optimized,

Responsibilities

Supply Continuity: Monitor and track the supply from vendors to ensure products are always in stock and arriving as planned.

Vendor Compliance: Ensure all vendors are fulfilling orders according to agreed schedules and timelines to avoid delays.

End-to-End Tracking: Own the entire process from the moment an order is placed until it is successfully delivered and fulfilled.

Warehouse Alignment: Coordinate closely with the warehouse team on inbound schedules and receiving priorities.

Commercial Partnership: Collaborate with the commercial team to provide updates on stock availability and order statuses.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the main bridge between different departments to resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.

Order Reporting: Regularly report on order status, highlighting what has been received, what is pending, and any potential risks.

Performance Analysis: Analyze vendor delivery performance and fill rates to drive better delivery results.

What you’ll need:

Experience in supply chain, vendor operations, or inventory management

Strong understanding of end-to-end order tracking and vendor compliance

Ability to coordinate closely with warehouse and commercial teams

Good analytical skills to track order status, fill rates, and delivery performance

Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ERP/WMS experience is a plus

Clear communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
