Supply Planner

Overview

As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for driving effective import and inventory planning to meet forecasted demand and agreed stock targets. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing supply planning activities to ensure optimal stock coverage aligned with sales forecasts
• Working closely with overseas brand owners to manage purchase orders, shipping schedules, and delivery performance
• Identifying stock risks and opportunities, and communicating deviations to support timely decision‑making
• Managing product life cycle activities including new product introductions, transitions, and SKU rationalisation
• Planning and optimising stock transfers across multiple warehouses
• Monitoring inbound shipments, ETAs, and transit performance through designated planning and tracking systems
