Supply Planning Specialist

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Planning Specialist who enjoys bringing order to complexity. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes owning processes, working with data, and coordinating across teams to keep products in stock and operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day order and shipment planning across multiple markets and channels
• Maintain and update order, inventory, and shipment plans using Google Sheets and internal tools
• Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth execution
• Track shipments, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
• Improve planning, reporting, and coordination processes as the business scales
