Job Description
**Summary:**
Reporting to the Full Time Supply/Logistics Supervisor, the contract Supply Supervisor manages the Supply and ATO (Air Transportation Operations) team at McMurdo station during the austral winter season.
This position provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and execution authority for Supply and ATO functions during a period of reduced staffing, limited external support, and elevated operational risk.
This role is responsible for department-level planning, prioritization, and execution of weekly and long-range tasking, ensuring continuity of operations across warehousing, inventory control, customer support, air transportation logistics, and station sustainment. As necessary, assists end-users with materials database research and resolution of complex supply, asset, and inventory issues that impact mission execution.
