Supply Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply team to deliver high-quality purchasing, warehousing, and logistics services.
• Manage the safe and efficient daily operation of Callide Stores, including stocktakes, inventory levels, and materials handling.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to site customers aligned with maintenance schedules and operational plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory, supply, and logistics processes.
• Support procurement and commercial activities, including negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
