Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with data within software (perform updates in data, forward the communication to alternate parties)
- Review legal documentation, update software to reflect based on FDCPA
- Support consumers attempting to pay balances, navigating them to the correct team for further services & support
- Receive inbound & outbound calls, locate the placement of said file and provide forwarding information
- Build internal tickets to support communications among multiple teams
- Perform audits of data entry and/or review of from our Client Success Team
- Maintaining a high level of compliance and service between consumers, clients, partners, internal teams, and 3rd party agencies
- Ability to perform regression testing on software systems and proactively report where applicable
