Job Description

We’re building a new Application Support team and are looking for a hands-on Support Analyst to help support and stabilize internal applications running across on-prem and cloud-based Kubernetes environments (GCP).

This is not a helpdesk role; it’s a technical, production-facing position focused on troubleshooting distributed systems, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving reliable operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting applications deployed on Kubernetes (on-prem & cloud)
  • Troubleshooting pods, clusters, networking, logs, and deployments
  • Investigating production issues across microservices and distributed systems
  • Reading and debugging Golang code to trace issues (no full development required)
  • Using GCP tools for logging, monitoring, and root-cause analysis
  • Collaborating closely with DevOps, Engineering, and stakeholders
