We are looking for your talent as **Support Analyst**
**Requirements**:
- Provide prompt and effective technical support, ensuring timely resolution
- Debug code, analyze logs, and perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of issues, bugs, bottlenecks and compatibility issues.
- Escalate complex or critical issues to appropriate teams and collaborating with them to expedite resolution and ensure effective communication with Monster Beverage stakeholders
- Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices
- Monitor system health, performance metrics and error logs using monitoring tools and implement proactive measures to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives, implementing best practices for continuous improvement.
