As a Support Analyst (SQL) , you will investigate and resolve client‑reported issues within the Occupier product suite through testing, troubleshooting, and structured case management. You’ll help drive smooth deployments and upgrades, support client communications, and ensure issue resolution meets service level expectations while strengthening long‑term client relationships.
