As our highly valued Support Analyst, Technology Vendor Management based in Brisbane your role will be will to provide critical financial,vendor management and procurement support across Great Southern Bank’s Technology Engineering & Operations, other CIO
teams and other business units. Some tasks include:


You’ll make an impact by: 


  • Raising and coordinating the purchase order process, supplier establishment and invoice processing with internal stakeholders
  • Co-ordinate any procurement and software licensing investigations and disputes
  • Ensure purchase order requisitions are authorised as per the Great Southern Bank delegation’s policy and approved procurement guidelines.
  • Review and actively ensure software licensing requirements are met across the complete software licensing life cycle through auditing and licensing reviews.
