As a Technical Support Software Engineer at Thales in Alicante, you will deliver advanced technical and business process support for our SaaS solutions, serving as a key contact for customers and internal teams. You’ll diagnose complex incidents, optimize deployments, and work with DevOps and cross-functional teams to keep SaaS operations reliable and scalable. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with process improvement and knowledge base enrichment. This is a technical, customer-facing position in a growth-focused cybersecurity environment.
