Role: Support Assistant

Location: Patching Lodge, Brighton

Hours: 36 per week

Salary: Up to £23,654 per annum

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

About the role

As a Support Assistant, you will help older people to live independently in the community, actively networking with other agencies to support a person‑centred approach to service delivery.

You will join a dedicated team, providing a range of housing‑related support services, including:

  • Helping residents to live independently by visiting them to assess and meet their support needs
  • Promoting social activities on the estate and in the wider service advice, loans, free life assurance
  • Discounts on shopping, holidays, phones, technology and more
