Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Support Associate to assist with day-to-day support operations, handle client queries, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and closure of tickets.
  • Prepare basic reports and maintain documentation.
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks as required
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling patient and business information.
  • Monitor open cases and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate stakeholders within defined SLAs.
