Job Description

The Support Associate will focus on service quality and client relations, handling orders, ticket dispatch, and invoice follow-ups at QIMA Philippines.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Book orders of clients.
  • Handle ticket dispatch.
  • Follow-up on unpaid client invoices.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and complete tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor on time and meet requirements.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • A graduate of Business Administration or any related course.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-initiated, independent, and a good team player.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
