Job Description
The Support Associate will focus on service quality and client relations, handling orders, ticket dispatch, and invoice follow-ups at QIMA Philippines.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Book orders of clients.
- Handle ticket dispatch.
- Follow-up on unpaid client invoices.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and complete tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor on time and meet requirements.
About You
The company is looking for:
- A graduate of Business Administration or any related course.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-initiated, independent, and a good team player.
