Job Description
Support Consultant QA
The support consultant takes in charge customer tickets, reproduces defects, assesses severity level, provides analysis and advice, and participates to design work around and/or permanent solutions to sort our tickets. He closely monitors out customers ticketing activities.
IS Functional Architecture
Have Through knowledge of one or more of our customers business fields
IS Technical Architecture
- Evaluate the solutions with regard to the needs and requirements
Management of control procedures, tests and diagnosis
- Follow-up on dysfunctions or incidents
- Analyse and understand the origin of a dysfunction or an incident
- Carry out quality and quantity controls/ tests (test scenario, test automation scripts, testing) with the appropriate tools
- Offer a solution to solve or get around the problem
Resolution of complex issues
- Analyse a difficult situation in a complex environment
- Elaborate and deploy a resolution strategy...
