Arcadia SSC, part of the All for Smiles Ability Services group, provides specialized NDIS support coordination services for individuals in complex circumstances across Victoria. We assist clients managing multiple diagnoses, challenging behaviors, or those involved with the Justice System, Child Protection, or Voluntary Out of Home Care placements through the Department of Families Fairness and Housing. Our mission is to collaborate with clients and their support teams to achieve optimal outcomes, ensuring NDIS funding is utilized effectively. By linking clients to appropriate services, we address their specific disability needs while considering the realistic capacities of their support networks.
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Specialist Support Coordinator based in the Greater Melbourne Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Specialist Support Coordinator will manage complex NDIS case coordination, ensuring participants are connected to suitable services and supports. Key responsibilities include working directly with clients and their support networks to develop personalized plans, liaising with service providers, facilitating case reviews, and resolving any challenges that arise. The role requires documentation, reporting, and adherence to NDIS regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders, and to effectively facilitate discussions.
- Experience in case management, including working with individuals in complex or challenging circumstances.
- Customer service and advocacy skills, with the ability to support client needs and resolve concerns proactively.
- Technical skills to efficiently manage documentation, reporting, and navigation of NDIS systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the NDIS framework, disability sector, and related government systems is highly desirable.
- A relevant qualification in social work, psychology, disability studies, or a related field is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally when required.
