Based in Mount Isa, Doomadgee, Mornington Island, and Normanton, these roles focus on delivering life-changing support programs to those in need.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• collaborating with recipients, families, and service providers to develop and implement tailored support plans
• monitoring and evaluating recipients progress, ensuring their goals are being met
• maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
• facilitating access to local community services and resources
