We are seeking a talented and skilled Commis II to join our team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking food, and maintaining high standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare ingredients for cooking by portioning, chopping and storing food.

  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.

  • Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.

  • Cook food according to quality standards presentation guidelines available in our policies module within your learning platform. 

  • Monitor kitchen area cleanliness adhering strictly to health safety regulations at all times).
