Job Purpose Description - 

Purpose of the Role:
To support reliable day-to-day operations of DMT facilities by ensuring effective equipment operation, timely maintenance, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate DMT equipment and utilities as per operating guidelines

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment availability

  • Monitor process parameters and report abnormalities

  • Attend equipment breakdowns and support root-cause analysis

  • Follow safety, EHS, and quality procedures at all times

  • Maintain shift records, checklists, and maintenance documentation

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth shift operations
