Responsibilities:

• Experience in Client facing/Technical Support role, supporting application and

related user queries.

• Experience communicating issues with both technical & non-technical audience.

• Accountability - Willingness to answer for the outcomes resulting from own

actions, responses. Take Ownership of situations of the assigned tasks.

• Self-Motivation – Motivated to do or achieve the task primarily due to own

enthusiasm or interest, without the need of pressure from others.

• Experience in SQL, Jira will be an added advantage.

• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
