Job Description

We are looking for a Level 1 / Level 2 Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote IT support for a school environment on a short-term contract.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for handling day-to-day IT support and resolving common technical issues across a Microsoft-based environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 support to staff and students
  • Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Manage user accounts and access via Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID)
  • Set up and support laptops, desktops, and peripherals
  • Resolve basic networking and connectivity issues
  • Log and manage tickets via a service desk system

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in L1/L2 IT support or service desk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, M365, AD/Azure AD)
