Job Description
We are looking for a Level 1 / Level 2 Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote IT support for a school environment on a short-term contract.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for handling day-to-day IT support and resolving common technical issues across a Microsoft-based environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support to staff and students
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
- Manage user accounts and access via Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Set up and support laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Resolve basic networking and connectivity issues
- Log and manage tickets via a service desk system
Requirements:
- Previous experience in L1/L2 IT support or service desk roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, M365, AD/Azure AD)
