Job Title :: L1.5 & L2 Support Engineer
Location :: Bengaluru India (Hybrid - Onsite 2 in a week)

- Managing and handling user tickets within SLA
- Excellent reading and writing skills to work with different customer base.
- Apply security sensitivity knowledge when communicating with external users.
- Azure fundamentals(app insight, app registration renewal, config update, Secret management etc.)
- Application basic structure (Azure app services, Service accounts, SQL Server(s), Services, task manager, Browsers - Edge / chrome / Firefox / Safari etc.)
- Experience in escalating incidents and collaborating with teams in resolving issue
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good SQL server query skills
Primary / Should Have
- Application basic IT technologies (IIS, Browsers, App Services, App insight, SQL etc.)
- CICD process - Release to different environments, coordinate necessary UAT, IT evaluation)
- Managing and handling user tickets within SLA
- Apply security sensitivity knowledge when communicating with external users.
- Azure fundamentals(app insight, app registration renewal, Config update, Secret management etc.)
- Application basic structure (IIS, AppPool, SQL Server, Services, task manager, Browsers - Edge / chrome / Firefox / Safari etc.)
- Application smoke testing and functional testing.
- Understand application hop points and analyze logs to identify root cause.
- Release management skills ( change coordination, release notes, communicate necessary stake holders, coordinate with dependent teams etc.)
