Job Description

Purpose
This is a Pure Support role dedicated to maintaining the stability and reliability of the Base24-EPS platform. The incumbent will ensure the smooth running of payment switching operations, handling incident management and minor enhancements.
Core Responsibilities
Application Support: Provide dedicated technical support for the Base24-EPS switching platform (Aquire/Authorisation).
Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ATMs, EFTPOS, and payment gateways.
Monitoring & Testing: Use transaction simulators like Fin Sim/Paysim to validate fixes and system health.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the review and redesign of support procedures to improve team efficiency.
Experience & Qualifications
Total Experience: 4+ years of professional experience.
Platform Must-Have: Extensive experience in Base24-EPS support.
Note: Candidates with only Classic or Tandem experience will not be considered.
