An L2 Application Support Engineer provides in-depth technical support for application issues escalated from L1, performing complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management to resolve problems, implement workarounds, and ensure service restoration within defined SLAs. Key responsibilities include monitoring applications, analysing logs, collaborating with L1 and L4 teams, documenting solutions, implementing patches, and contributing to process improvement initiatives to maintain system stability and performance. Functional application support with experience in handling applications related to configure, price and quote in B2B/B2C domain.
