Support Engineer - Corporate TechnologyThis role is within the an Internal Technology Support & DevOps Team. The technology stack includes amongst other technologies Python, Angular, Kafka and various AWS platforms.Principal Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day best in class application management for multiple systems across MLP
  • Hands on ops tasks to improve the software delivery process and user experience
  • End to end support for projects involving for Middle Office, Operations, Treasury, Compliance and other business functions
  • Drive process improvements via automation and the use of AI
  • Lead application onboarding & improvement initiatives
  • Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a role specifically in a Financial Services Institutions or a major Tech organization
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork and analytical skills
  • Some level of development/Technical skills is desirable
  • AWS Cloud experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to any situation quickly and thrive in a fast pace environment
