Job Description

Purpose

This is a Pure Support role dedicated to maintaining the stability and reliability of the Base24-EPS platform. The incumbent will ensure the smooth running of payment switching operations, handling incident management and minor enhancements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Application Support: Provide dedicated technical support for the Base24-EPS switching platform (Aquire/Authorisation).
  • Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ATMs, EFTPOS, and payment gateways.
  • Monitoring & Testing: Use transaction simulators like FinSim/Paysim to validate fixes and system health.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the review and redesign of support procedures to improve team efficiency.
