As a Support Engineer L1 at SWATX, you will be an essential part of our IT support team, responsible for providing first-level technical assistance to our clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving a variety of technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Installing, configuring, and supporting end-user devices and software applications.
