Overview

CloudJune is hiring a Support Engineer (L1) to join our growing technical support team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in cloud platforms, ITSM tools, and API-based systems who are passionate about delivering reliable technical support.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • 3–7 years of hands‑on technical support experience
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
  • Experience with ITSM tools and incident/ticket management
  • Ability to support REST APIs, including authentication and error handling
  • Familiarity with AI services, workflows, and API-based model consumption
  • Experience in enterprise system integrations (Microsoft technologies, ERP systems)
