Job Title: Support Engineer (French Speaker)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (3x office days)
Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Ensure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments.
  • Handle Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and open support tickets as required.
  • Perform initial diagnostics, apply standard procedures, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Implement dashboards to monitor environments and production plans.
  • Collaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and implement technical changes.
  • Contribute to updating operational documentation and monitoring instructions.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Experience in technical support or IT operations (L1/L2).
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools such as JIRA and GLPI CMDB.
