Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Ensure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments.
- Handle Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and open support tickets as required.
- Perform initial diagnostics, apply standard procedures, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Implement dashboards to monitor environments and production plans.
- Collaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and implement technical changes.
- Contribute to updating operational documentation and monitoring instructions.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:- Experience in technical support or IT operations (L1/L2).
- Knowledge of ticketing tools such as JIRA and GLPI CMDB.
