Support Engineer

We're looking for experienced IT engineers, who will be working embedded in Customer's organization responsible for support of their internal users and IT infrastructure. The candidates should be willing to work in Customer's business hours (US/Eastern) . This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to end-users to solve end user computing issues and facilitate resolution of IT-related issues
• Installing and configuring computer operating systems and applications
• Infrastructure and environment monitoring
• Maintaining and updating hardware inventory
• Following IT-related Work Instructions
• Updating the runbooks, documentation, AI self-service, etc.
• Assisting in preparation of essential reporting
