Unifiedcomms is looking for motivated and curious individuals to join us as Support Engineer . This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or those with a basic understanding of IT systems who are excited to learn and grow in a real-world tech environment.
You’ll be part of a supportive technical operations team, where you'll gain practical experience in system support, and customer interaction—all while being guided by experienced professionals.
What You’ll Do
Provide post-sales technical support, including scheduled 24x7 standby rotations.
Monitor, update and maintain Trouble Ticketing Report system.
Help with basic system administration tasks like backup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Support demo setup and testing.
Prepare documents for training, user manual and user acceptance test cases.
Generate simple reports for customer and internal use.
