About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join a leading semiconductor equipment company specialised in etch tools. In this role, you will ensure the reliable performance of advanced technical equipment at customer sites, acting as the key technical interface between the product and the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on electro-mechanical and software systems.
Provide on-site support, including installation, maintenance, and advanced diagnostics.
Collaborate with internal engineering, software, and reliability teams to implement solutions and improve product performance.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear guidance and updates.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
