Job Description

We are seeking an experienced field engineer to complete an ad hoc on-site visit in Wangaratta, Victoria , supporting one of our enterprise customers.

Scope of Work

  • On-site technical support and troubleshooting
  • Hardware and infrastructure checks (servers, network, end-user devices)
  • Basic network diagnostics and remediation
  • Installation, configuration, and validation of equipment as required
  • Liaison with remote teams and documentation of findings

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in IT infrastructure and networking
  • Experience in field engineering or on-site support roles
  • Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions
  • Availability for a one-off site visit (ASAP)
