We are looking for a Senior Technical Expert service - Silva Officer - to provide support with ServiceNow SPM (demand + project + product portfolio management).
Responsibilities
Provide global level 1 (SPM) and 2 support (mainly ITSM) for Silva products, a Service Management tool based on ServiceNow technology;
Resolve incidents;
Manage RITMs;
Maintain the Silva Service Catalogue;
Deliver training and manage data change projects.
