Description We’re looking for a Support Lead Manager to lead a critical operational initiative: ensuring the reliability of mission-critical systems where failure results in significant financial loss for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Shield the Engineering Team : Serve as the primary gatekeeper and line of defense. You will filter, triage, and resolve issues so they do not reach the Tech Leads or Executive teams unless absolutely necessary.
  • Manage Mission-Critical Incidents : Lead the response to high-severity incidents where downtime equals massive financial loss. You will remain calm under pressure and drive resolution with urgency.
  • Be the Reliability Evangelist : Push the engineering pods to adopt architectures, methodologies, and code standards that prioritize resilience. You will challenge unsafe design choices and champion pre-mortems...
